Tahseen Reza Anika completed her Bachelor of Architecture from Brac University in 2018. Her B.Arch thesis project, titled “ভাষার রাজপথ (Bhashar Rajhpoth),” was on the design of a center for language at the Central Shaheed Minar, Dhaka. Tahseen was awarded the DOT Student Design Award in 2018. She also received honorable mention in the category of Outstanding Graduation Project by the Institute of Architects Bangladesh (IAB) in 2018. Tahseen was nominated to attend Archiprix International 2019, Santiago, Chile, to represent BRAC University. She was also nominated for the Noman Award for Excellence in Design (2018) and Rafiq Azam Travel Bursary (2016). Her work has been published in Archiprix International, DOT Magazine, and Archibond.
Tahseen has worked for Urban Study Group and as an intern at Tanya Karim, NR Khan & Associates in 2016. She attended a workshop as a designer in "BIED - Play Lab," Brac University, and GHORAMI.JON in collaboration with the Brac Institute of Development Studies. She has been involved in the design and implementation of multiple design projects in Dhaka. Tahseen is an associate member of the Institute of Architects Bangladesh. She is affiliated with various social activities and an active member of Bangladesh Mohila Parishad (Bangladesh Women’s Council), Cancer Rogi O Sawajon Shamaj Cancer Foundation, Aporajita Society against Cancer, and Quantum Foundation. Tahseen loves to travel and paint, and she has illustrated two books: Koster Rong by Mushfiqur Rahman Mohon (2018) and Chora Korokora by Kolim Ullah Babul (2017).
At Ci+AU, she is now involved in the design of eight BRAC regional offices and various design projects of Aarong, an iconic Bangladeshi store for handicrafts, fabric, and other products.
